Vonage Holdings Corp. Announces Earnings Date Change; Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2008 Earnings Release and Conference Call Now Scheduled for February 26, 2009

HOLMDEL, N.J., Feb 06, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG), a leading provider of broadband telephone services, today announced a revised date for the release of financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2008. The revision is due to the additional time requirements associated with financial reporting of the Company's convertible debt refinancing.

Management will host a webcast discussion of the fourth quarter and full year 2008 results on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
